We are so grateful to have had such amazing realtors by our side! Celeste and Jennifer helped us achieve our dream home purchase while also guiding us through a difficult sale. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. We were never made to feel rushed and they were always there to answer our questions and help us navigate each challenge. We truly felt like they cared about our best interests and went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor team and would highly recommend the BCG to anyone buying or selling a home!

I can’t say enough good things about April McGirr. This was my third time entering the homebuying process, and my experience with April was completely different from the agents I had worked with before. In the past, I often felt like I had to push just to get offers submitted or get timely communication. At times, it seemed like more attention was being given to what would make the transaction easier or what the seller wanted rather than advocating for me as the buyer. Working with April changed my entire perspective on what a real estate agent should be. I decided to give April a chance because I work with her husband, and he told me she was getting into real estate. Taking that chance turned out to be one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made this year. Her communication was excellent. She was dependable, responsive, professional, and consistently stayed on top of everything. I personally spent more than 16 hours at the property dealing with different things throughout this process, and April put in an incredible amount of time herself. She met contractors and handymen at the property, coordinated work, followed up with people, negotiated quotes, and handled things even when I couldn’t be there. What impressed me most, though, was that she didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear. At one point, my nerves were getting the best of me. Things weren’t going exactly how I expected, and I started questioning whether I should continue with the purchase. I told April exactly how I felt. Instead of simply agreeing with me or trying to make me feel better in the moment, she stayed factual. She helped me look at the entire situation objectively and understand that the decision I was considering probably wasn’t in my best interest. She was right. Once everything was put into perspective, the house was fairly priced, there were relatively few issues, and only a small amount of work was needed to meet the VA’s Minimum Property Requirements. Once April realized there wasn’t much room to negotiate on the house itself, she found other ways to make the transaction more favorable for me. There was a boat included with the property that originally had a higher asking price. April negotiated it down to half of the original amount. There was also work that needed to be done around the property. Through her relationships with contractors and other professionals, she was able to get some things repaired at absolutely no cost to me. And when we did receive quotes for work, she negotiated with those contractors and managed to get every single quote reduced by some amount. That is what I mean when I say she advocates for her client. April didn’t just submit paperwork and wait for closing. She stayed involved. She communicated. She negotiated. She showed up. She found solutions. And whenever something needed to happen to keep the transaction moving, she figured out who she needed to talk to and got to work. She’s also extremely professional. Regardless of whatever else she may have going on, she stays focused and keeps the deal moving forward. I could keep listing individual things she did, but I don’t think a review can fully explain the level of effort she put into helping me purchase this home. So I’ll put it this way: Give April McGirr the opportunity to work for you. I took that chance, and I am extremely glad I did. If you’re looking for an agent who is dependable, communicates, stays on top of the details, tells you the truth even when it isn’t necessarily what you want to hear, and genuinely works to protect your interests as her client, I highly recommend her.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about April! From the very beginning of our home-buying journey, she was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. She is incredibly down-to-earth and personable while also being extremely professional, business-minded, and knowledgeable. She truly knows how to balance making you feel comfortable while also making sure every detail of the transaction is handled properly. April helped us find our perfect home, and she was there for us every step of the way. She was transparent, honest, encouraging, and always willing to answer our questions — no matter how big or small. Buying a home can be an overwhelming process, but April made us feel supported and confident throughout the entire journey. She never made us feel like we were bothering her or asking too many questions, and she always took the time to make sure we understood what was happening next. One of the things we appreciated most was how present and attentive she was throughout the process. April consistently checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay, kept us informed, helped us navigate each stage of the transaction, and advocated for us when we needed it. We always felt like she genuinely cared about us finding the right home — not just closing a deal. And as if her exceptional service wasn't enough, April surprised us with the sweetest fall-themed welcome basket for our new home! It was such a thoughtful personal touch and really showed how much she cares about her clients beyond the transaction. Our home-buying experience was truly made better because we had April in our corner. She is the kind of realtor who makes you feel like you're working with a trusted friend while still getting the professionalism and expertise of someone who takes her business seriously. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Middle Georgia, we highly recommend April! If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, personable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her clients, April is absolutely the realtor you want by your side. We are so grateful she helped us find our home sweet home!

April is an amazing advocate for her clients. From showing us a home the day we received our pre-approval to educating us on market comps for a strong offer, she was entirely locked in. She communicates beautifully, managed to line up an inspection right before a major holiday weekend, and fiercely negotiated our repairs. It felt great knowing someone had our backs during this major family milestone.

First of all... WOW! Where would I even kickoff this review. Heather was a true blessing from beginning until end! We had a vision and she was onboard the entire way. We've bought and sold a few homes previously but never received the "white glove" treatment Heather Hayes from The Bazemore Cosy Group provided. Our search began with a plan to build on land. Heather and her team were quick to act. We found the perfect 12 acres in a beautiful area. We asked for a quick close. Heather ensured no details were missed while going through due diligence period. Any challenges were explained which helped us navigate the best choice for us, the Buyers! Closing was even better. Again, Heather along with her partners sharp readiness made each process a joy. Then, wouldn't you know it. We are back with Heather again!!! The home right next door to the land we purchased popped up for sale. It couldn't be true right... a newly remodeled, highly updated, six additional acres, forever home right next to 12 acres magically turning it into 18 beautiful acres with gorgeous vies! Heather was totally onboard again. Her team took off running. We needed another quick close to get our children to the correct school district without having to move midway through the year. Ensuring due diligence for us was clearly a top priority. I could go on for days about how she was prepared, sharp, fun, down to Earth, and just a joy to work with throughout the entire process. However, I recommend you you see for yourself firsthand.

Kamerin Bazemore is the best realtor bar none in Middle GA. She was with us every step of the way and had brilliant strategies to help sell our home. She treats every home she markets like it was her own and offers very sound advice especially in tenuous situations. She employs innovative ideas to increase traffic flow and pays attention to every single detail. She’s got a great network and works wonderfully with all realtors. I wish I had more properties to sell with Kamerin she is a DIAMOND.

We moved from Maine, and Lara was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, flexible, patient, and always present when we needed her, which was often. She made what could have been a stressful move much easier with her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. We are truly grateful that our paths crossed and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

Working with Lara was, hands down, the best decision I could have made during my home-buying journey. She is an exceptional Realtor, and she exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, Lara was proactive, attentive, and truly invested in helping me find the right home. There was a particular house that I loved, but it had been taken off the market. Instead of simply waiting to see what would happened, Lara stayed in regular contact with the listing agent, checking on its status, because she knew how important that home was to me. Her persistence paid off. Before the house was officially relisted, she was able to arrange a private showing, giving me the opportunity to see it before anyone else. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to go under contract without competing against multiple buyers. She also negotiated tirelessly on my behalf and worked hard to get the purchase price down, saving me money in the process. Throughout the entire experience, Lara was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and incredibly supportive. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. I always knew she had my best interests at heart. If you’re looking for a Realtor who will genuinely advocate for you, go above and beyond, and work relentlessly to help you find the perfect home, I cannot recommend Lara highly enough. She is simply the best, and I am forever grateful for everything she did to help me become a homeowner!

We cannot recommend Kamerin enough, especially for military families navigating a move! She truly went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Since we were managing a lot of the process from a distance, her willingness to take detailed video walk-throughs of homes was a lifesaver. Even now, well after the sale is finalized, she is still incredibly supportive—always quick to answer our questions and provide excellent local contractor recommendations. If you want a realtor who is proactive, reliable, and genuinely cares, look no further!
